Stop allowing our judicial system to call it Father’s rights and Mother’s rights. It should be parent’s rights! Father’s should have equal rights to their children just like a mother has, in every state. 50/50 custody should be just that 50/50 equal time for each PARENT. No child support for either parent with a 50/50 custody arrangement. 
In the United States now, most states a 50/50 custody arrangement is every other weekend and one day a week with two weeks in the summer for the non custodial parent with child support for the custodial parent. How is this fair? If it was true 50/50 then no child support with EQUAL visitation with the child(ren), equal decision making! 
Most women have children and feel as though the man should only provide financial support with no decision making involved and only get the chid(ren) every other weekend. This is not fair! All men who want more time (equal time) with their children should have equal time and rights that are the same as the mother! 
Men should NOT be the ones paying for everything and not be able to make decisions regarding their child(ren) with limited visitation.

As a woman who has children and divorced I feel as though men should have EQUAL rights to their children and with 50/50 custody NO CHILD SUPPORT equal decision making and VISITATION. 
make it PARENTS rights not mother and father rights!!!!
