Fatemeh Sepehri , a political prisoner , a woman whose only crime is to speak the truth and stand up to tyranny in Iran  is languishing in prison with a heart condition, severe hypotension, and deprivation of medical treatment.

The Islamic Republic has deprived her of not only her freedom, but also the basic right to medical treatment; a silent torture that could cost her life.

Silence in the face of this situation is not just silence; it is a gradual normalization of the centralization within the prison walls.

If we do not cry out for Fatemeh Sepehri today, tomorrow more names will be added to the list of prisoners who were silently forgotten.

Fatemeh Sepehri  should not be a victim of indifference and political revenge in prison.

We demand:

Immediate release of Fatemeh Sepehri 

Immediate transfer to medical centers outside the prison

End the deprivation of medical treatment and silent torture of political prisoners. 

فاطمه سپهری، زنی که تنها جرمش گفتنِ حقیقت و ایستادن در برابر استبداد است، در زندان با بیماری قلبی، افت شدید فشار خون و محرومیت از درمان دست‌ وپنجه نرم می‌کند.
جمهوری اسلامی نه‌تنها آزادی، بلکه حق ابتدایی درمان را نیز از او گرفته است؛ شکنجه‌ای خاموش که می‌تواند به بهای جانش تمام شود.

سکوت در برابر این وضعیت، فقط سکوت نیست؛ عادی‌سازیِ مرگی تدریجی در پشت دیوارهای زندان است.
اگر امروز برای فاطمه سپهری فریاد نزنیم، فردا نام‌های بیشتری به فهرست زندانیانی اضافه خواهد شد که بی‌صدا فراموش شدند.

فاطمه سپهری نباید در زندان قربانی بی‌توجهی و انتقام‌گیری سیاسی شود.
