I am starting a petition to get the MTA to compensate us for our time, and money wasted on train delays that keep us trapped on subway cars over 15 mins. 
We have to deal with constant fare hikes, yet we are constantly losing time, money, and sanity dealing with MTA delays on our way to work, or just handling task in our own lives on what is supposed to be a reliable service. The MTA should be held responsible for our time, and money wasted on this false advertisement.
