Ever since Blizzard gave control of their gear store to Fanatics.com the quality of customer service and most importantly their shipping habits are unacceptable.  Recently I and many other Blizzard fans have received their highly anticipated packages in the mail with little to NO packaging(Bubble wrap, cardboard etc.)

The Blizzard Gear Store often has highly priced and sometimes very limited products available on their site. These products are often shipped in a regular cardboard box without any support or padding. This results in many of the products being damaged and, in the case of limited products, unable to be replaced.

This petition is basically to just let it be known that we do not and cannot continue to accept such terrible business practices when it comes to customer service and shipping.
