The purpose of this petition is to raise awareness to the extreme processing delays of the spouse and family category visas (i.e. F2a/F21 category visas) at the U.S. Consulates in almost all the countries.

Currently, the estimated timeframe for a spouse or family member to be granted entry into the United States is reaching about 36 months from start to finish. This is unacceptable.

We are totally exhausted. We all are human being, please have some mercy on us. The backlogs need to be cleared on urgent basis. We want to reunited with our loved ones as soon as possible. Kindly issue us immigration interviews and visas.
