Petition to help us get Justice for Rod St Clair by keeping Mark Warner in prison. On Nov 15th, 2019, in Marsing, Idaho, our home was invaded by three men, one wielding a two-pound steel ball with spikes; after breaking car and house windows, We called the police, the search was futile; the three officers left to get a fingerprinting kit, my husband was dead ten minutes later.

Mark Warner did a plea bargain with the DA and is scheduled to be up for parole after serving 18 months. My husband is never coming home; Mark Warner deserves the maximum sentence for striking Rod in the head. Please sign and share this petition to stand for justice and not accept the actions of these criminals.

Rod St Clair was an exceptional Christian man, and words cannot describe his kindness or goodness; he was a farmer, Dairyman, Inventor, etc. He is missed so much by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, sisters, family, friends, and neighbors.

Mark Warner changed so many lives doing this horrific deed. Our lives will never be the same.
