We are the Congilaro Family. Are names are Jessica and Angelo. We are a family of 3 children. The past 3 years have been dreadful and painful since the day we were expecting twins. It was a very complicated pregnancy. During the pregnancy, I had to go back and forth to doctor's appointments. I was at high risk for my twin daughters. I had a few procedures done during the pregnancy. One of my daughters weren't going to make it but she pulled through. When they were born, they both had to stay at Golisano Children's Hospital for 4 months due to prematurity. When they were in there, they both suffered from near death illnesses that kept them on machines to keep them alive. It was heart breaking. We both were torn apart. It caused a lot of financial distress. We were on the urge of being evicted. It caused a lot of emotional and mental pain for us. We tried to reach out for preventative services and we got denied. It caused more stress between my husband and I. Our son was hurting during the whole thing. It was hard to juggle everything between us. Things got worse between my husband and I and gotten to the point where our children were removed from us. They did not get hurt when they were in our care. We tried everything we could possibly do to get the help that we needed to prevent that from happening but Child Protection Services did not want to listen. They decided to put them into a monsterious home. The foster parents were ruthless and did everything they could to keep our children away from us. The foster dad is a sheriff and the foster mom is a physician assistant. They were both making up lies about us, knowing the fact that we did everything we could to get them back. My husband and I knew that they were suspicious when we first saw a bruise on our son's elbow. The foster parents were trying to cover it up. My husband and I kept seeing bruises on our son and he was too afraid to tell us because he was threatened by them. Brain washing our son. Back in October of 2020, our son was covered in bruises all over his butt. It took nearly a year to have him tell us that he was molested from the foster dad and abused from the foster mom. We did everything we could to get Justice for him but the District Attorney doesn't want to waste time to pursue further actions. There was a whole investigation from the NY State investigator but never found enough evidence to convict them. As of now their is a CPS investigation from the county where we live to hopefully find the evidence to convict them. We are asking people to sign our petition to help us to have them get a polygraph test to bring them to Justice for hurting our son. He is mentally unstable due to what happened to him. Our children are back in our care. They are doing well. We're doing everything we can to keep them safe and healthy.
