Brianna Valenti is sitting in jail for a tragic accident that was done out of love and fear, In the 8 weeks prior to this tragic event Cody fuller alienated Brianna and the two little girls from everyone even family, for 8 weeks her mom didn't even hear from her. She has already spent 1 year in jail for this. That's 1 year away from her daughter, 1 year away from her loving family and friends. We know who the real Brianna Valenti is, She is not the monster some people are portraying her to be. She did not do anything out of anger, she did it out of love and fear as precious Raelynn suddenly became unresponsive not knowing what Raelynn's previous injuries were or what had just happened to her that morning, Brianna shuddered in despair saying "oh no"  shook Raelynn to try and get her alert and responsive,  just like any of us would do if any of our loved one's suddenly became unresponsive.  Please sign my petition asking the judge for a fair light sentence, as Brianna is not a villain. With a sentencing range of 5-15 years for  an accident , she is and will always have to live with what happened that day. We are requesting the judge for a lighter sentence, Brianna needs to be back home with her daughter who loves and misses her so much and just wants he mommy back home, and her family who needs their daughter, sister, niece and friend back home where she belongs, so they can begin to heal together, Instend of in jail for a for something done out of love and fear. We all know Brianna and she would never intentionally hurt a child. She Loved Raelynn as her own child, and for the most part was the only one who cared about precious Raelynn, her kids always came first, they were well taken care of always fed, clean, and happy.
