Today we received paperwork that contradicts everything we’ve been told since this investigation began. From day one, CPS caseworker Samantha Snell told us this was about neglectful supervision. We’ve been transparent, cooperative, even going as far as taking photos of every safe sleep and play area in our home to show we have nothing to hide.
But the official paperwork says something very different.
According to CPS records, the allegation is actually suspected abuse of Penelope due to a broken leg — an accusation we were never told about until now.
To make matters worse, the paperwork claims that her injury is not consistent with a fall, even though every doctor we’ve spoken to — from UT Health to Scottish Rite — has said the opposite. Her leg injury is consistent with a fall. The specialists who physically examined her and reviewed all the imaging agree. So why is CPS choosing to ignore the actual medical evidence?
This is exactly why we asked for government oversight from the beginning. This isn’t about protection anymore — it’s about pushing a narrative that doesn’t match the facts.
Today we had our CPS meeting. They agreed that due to Presley’s high anxiety, there will be no interviews with the children — just a quick wellness check and a photo. That’s a huge win for our family. We are grateful, but we are also still demanding transparency.
We're now at 182 signatures on our petition. Every one of you has helped give us a voice in this fight. Let’s push to 200! Because if this can happen to us, it can happen to anyone.
