What started as 109 signatures this morning has surged to 127 — in less than an hour. That’s 18 people who stood up, spoke out, and said: “This is not okay.”
To each of you: thank you. This momentum is everything.
Here’s the latest:
➡️ After being told by Senator Robert Nichols’ office to contact DFPS Consumer Affairs and the Texas Attorney General, I followed their direction.
➡️ While I was on the phone with DFPS, the rep — Isaac — put me on hold to read the referral from Governor Abbott’s office.
➡️ When he came back, his tone completely changed. Instead of helping, he started questioning me like I was under investigation. He even told me to cease communication with CPS unless it was through an attorney.
This wasn’t oversight. This was intimidation — and it shows exactly why so many families are afraid to speak out.
But we will not be silenced. Our kids are loved, protected, and well cared for. We followed every proper channel. And yet, we’re being met with hostility instead of help.
This petition is doing more than gather signatures — it’s gathering witnesses to what’s really happening.
Let’s keep it going.
