On Thursday the 13th of may 2021 Fairfax County School board member at large Abrar Omeish tweeted and posted on Instagram extremely biased one sided and anti-semitic / anti-israel remarks that have offended thousands of Jewish and Israeli students of Fairfax County Public Schools and these remarks also caused a lot of anti-Semitic attacks on Jewish students at FCPS.

I am an anonymous Jewish Student Of FCPS and FCPS being the diverse and multicultural County it is cannot hold a racist and anti-semitic member like Abrar Omeish on their school board.

This petition is aiming to have her fired from her job completely and to have her apologize and face consequences for her racist anti semetic remarks.

She has accused Israel of being apartheid, colonial, desecrating the holy land and killing children all things which are not true but she refuses to condemn Hamas firing missiles at civilian targets and killing innocent people. 

FCPS you have a chance to redeem your reputation by firing this anti-semite from your school board. Seeing how diverse the county is it is unacceptable to allow a person like her to keep her job.

It is only with the help of YOU the people who are willing to stand up to this racist that we can get her kicked out of her job and restore FCPS good name! So stand for what's right in our County and help us get this petition to a high signature number to show that FCPS families condemn racists like Abrar Omeish and want her OUT of office!
