Save Dancing in Fairfax County by voting "NO" on Zoning Amendment
The Issue
The proposed amendment limits all dance floors to 150 sq. feet (12'x12')!!
(Into which they feel we can cram 50 dancers = 18 inches x 18 inches per dancer!)
This problem is not only going to be big but it will literally cause all dancing in Fairfax County to either cease or go underground!
DATES:
- Thursday, March 1st at 8:15pm - The Planning Commission will be making a decision.. Join us!!
- Tuesday, March 6th at 4pm - The Board of Supervisors will make the final say on.. Join us and let your voice be heard!!
LOCATION: 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035
What to do:
- Sign this petition!!!
- Email the planning commission directly by Thursday March 1st at: plancom@fairfaxcounty.gov
- Tell them to vote "no" on the proposed zoning ordinance amendment.
Things to mention
- Tell them which styles of dance you enjoy & why you oppose the amendment.
