I am asking people to sign my petition for a new trial. If I get 20,000 signatures the governor will have to look into my appeal. Along with all the unfair treatment I'm receiving in the prison system, there was NO DNA found, I was not given the right to a fair trial. The fact I was locked up for a crime I did not commit prior to this shows just how unfair this system really is. 

So-called "lawyer" Vaden Anderson of Meeting of Legal Minds filed a appeal in my name per say without brief and I lost my appeal before filing courts even sent me any paperwork, notice or anything. I did not know or understand the motion itself ,the handwriting is not mine they forged my signature and notary and mailing address.

I wrote  to the Cleveland Bar Association they said he no longer does legal work or lives in Cleveland or Ohio, when I called him he says different.

The court docket shows transcripts were never given to me and was not ready, the court appointed lawyer did not file in timely manner as the  judge said he could not quit. 

This is a small portion of what has been going on. I’ve been incarcerated since 2011.
