We, concerned fans of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), respectfully demand the replacement of Cathy Engelbert as Commissioner due to her failure to uphold the league's values of respect, fairness, and player safety.

Under Engelbert's tenure, the league has witnessed an alarming rise in extreme physicality, placing athletes at risk of serious injury. Furthermore, her administration has been criticized for turning a blind eye to subpar refereeing standards, allowing incompetent officials to compromise the integrity of the game. Lastly, reports of favoritism towards select players and teams undermine the principles of equality and meritocracy.

In light of these grievances, we implore the WNBA Board of Governors to intervene, ensuring the appointment of a new commissioner committed to restoring trust and fostering a healthier environment for competitors and spectators alike.
