Our cries for help have been ignored. October Evans has stalked and harassed DOZENS of Deaf and/or disabled people, members of the LGBTQ+ Community , BIPOC, and sex workers over the course of several YEARS. We want our voices to be heard. 
We are demanding that a full and THOROUGH investigation be done into October Evans’ illegal and illicit activities. These include but are not limited to: stalking, harassment, and fraud. 
After MONTHS of being in contact with both the police and the FBI, seemingly no progress has been made. We have been put on the back burner for too long. 
Rochester PD is refusing to even fill out the paperwork for one of the victim’s restraining order. We want that filed IMMEDIATELY. 
Lives are being put at risk DAILY because of October Evans' actions - including her own - and proper action needs to be taken to ensure the safety of those lives and to mitigate additional harm
