Every customer deserves to receive their parcel safely and on time.
When a parcel is lost, delayed, or taken by someone else, it is not just a mistake — it is a loss of trust, money, and security.

Here is my personal experience:

One time, I ordered a beautiful item.
The design was amazing, the shape was perfect — I was so excited, just counting the days.
The tracking said it would arrive in two days.
I checked again, and it said it would come tomorrow.
I waited patiently — but the package never arrived.
No message, no explanation.
All the hope and excitement I had just disappeared.

Another time, I ordered from Amazon.
I found a wonderful lamp and a piece of clothing that looked fantastic.
I paid for them, trusted the system, and waited.
Normally, Amazon delivers within one to three days.
But I waited a whole week — and still nothing came.
My £15 was gone, along with the excitement for those beautiful items.
It left me feeling upset and disappointed.
It shouldn’t happen like this to anyone.

We ask for simple, fair rules:

Parcels must be delivered directly to the correct person.
If a parcel is lost, stolen, or not delivered properly, the customer must receive a full refund within 48 hours.
Delivery services must take full responsibility for every parcel, from dispatch to delivery.
Everyone deserves respect.
When we pay for something, we deserve to receive it — safely, on time, and without fear of losing it.
