Hundreds of people have been scammed by Orderplus via selling on Facebook and receiving payment via PayPal. You purchase something and they send you something completely different. When asking PayPal for a refund under buyers protection plan they refuse or unless you ship back the product to China. China will not allow this package back in the country. Both seller and PayPal know this therefore they know buyers will lose.this needs to stop. Facebook needs to be in better control of who is selling on their platform and PayPal needs to protect buyers as they should. PayPal needs to stop allowing this company to scam people.
