Facebook should provide a customer service contact

The Issue

Facebook relies heavily of bots to do the job on their site. Unfortunately bots are prone to making errors. Last week my account got nuked without explanation, and the appeal was rejected. If Facebook provided any contact to ask questions to, perhaps problems like this could be fixed after a simple phone call or 2. Unfortunately no such contact is provided anywhere one Facebook's help center, or Meta as a whole. Mark Zuckerberg is loaded, he can easily afford to hire a helpline for Facebook users that are having trouble due to any number of problems with Facebook. Heck I'll settle for an email contact, just some way to contact a real human that can help when Facebook is causing trouble. Is that too much to ask?
