According to Facebook's own Community Standards, bullying, harassment, threats of violence, and graphic content are not permitted. And yet, the page "12 Year Old Sluts" is allowed to continue spreading and promoting misogynist, violent, threatening content (mostly about children) under the guise of "Controversial Humor."

The creators of this page (two adult men) claim that they are merely trying to teach girls and parents a lesson about what's appropriate to post on the internet. While teaching kids internet safety is hugely important in the digital age, reposting photos of 12-year-old girls to inspire bullying and slut-shaming is NOT an acceptable way to have this conversation.

Content of this page includes admittedly ill-advised sexualized photos of teenaged girls and children with hundreds of comments calling them sluts, threatening to kill them, and suggesting that they kill themselves. Example comments include "Fucking disrespectful fat b****", "I'd tap that....with a truck full of highly explosives," "She needs a hug, around the neck, with a rope."

If Facebook takes harassment and threats of violence seriously, then they have to crack down on the "jokers" too. Sign this petition to encourage Facebook to block this content.
