California Dept. Of Corrections has my husband Mark Jones doing time under false pretenses.  Technical error with dates has led all judges who review his writ of habeas corpus to deny him. The record reflects an attempted murder from 1984 or 1985 stating that he is doing time for that charge.  His charge is 11350(a) possession of controlled substance.  If he is released he can come home to his family.  Mark has heart problems and he needs proper medical care for which he can only get on the outside.  Mark was sentenced in 2002 for a 6 term, in 2004 the DA whom appealed the sentence brought Mark back to Sonoma County and resentenced him to 25 to life under CA 3-strike sentencing scheme.  Mark's family and I are worried about his health and do not want him to die needlessly in prison.
