Shortly after attending a memorial service for a fallen friend, some trolls decided to flag Catman's Facebook account as fake, and it was disabled. The problem is that Catman's full legal name actually is Catman Seraphim Hero!

Catman has given various forms of proof regarding his legal name, including his government ID, paystubs, newspaper article clippings, notes written to him, and anything else he can think of.

Facebook's official policy states:
"The name on your profile should be the name that your friends call you in everyday life. This name should also appear on an ID or document from our ID list."

Catman has been using his account for over ten years, he has thousands of friends, posts, messages... he would lose them all if he were to make an account, plus Facebook would just deactivate it again. If he were to use a fake name that looks "normal" and made a new account, it would run afoul of their policy and nobody would know that was him either, plus the loss of all of his content. It also would not solve the actual problem!

So, why hasn't Catman been given back his account? Why is he wrongfully excluded from the platform because of his name, and his following of Facebook's own Terms of Service? Do they discriminate against native people for their names?

The people of McMinnville, TN - as well as all of his other friends - want Catman back!
