Recently I have been shocked by how many pro eating disorder groups I have come across on Facebook. These are easy to search for and incredibly accessible even when having to join a private group.

As you can imagine there content is both dangerous and heartbreaking. From promoting the misuse of drugs, to self harm this is a massive crutch and enabler for people who are severely ill, easily influenced and have mental health issues. 

I was shocked to find that when reporting these groups they were not taken down as didn't go against community standards.

Well having lost my beautiful sister 7 years ago on Christmas eve to an eating disorder they go against my standards. 

Let's get them taken down!
