Nerds With Vaginas is, was, a Facebook gathering place for people (mainly women) to come together and share humor that is typically reserved "for the boys." As such, some of the content was a bit racy at times, but never crossed the line into hateful or prejudiced. While I appreciate Facebook's need to adhere to certain terms and conditions, it would seem this adherence is not universal. The process of unilaterally shutting down someone's Facebook account with no warning beforehand also does not allow the "offending party" to take an actions to correct their violations. I am asking that Nerds With Vaginas have their page reinstated and that a warning system be put in place in the future to address concerns or complaints about content on people's pages.
