As many people may be aware at this point, Gibraltar’s unvaccinated teachers and LSA’s have been removed from their post and placed into ‘ad-hoc’ roles elsewhere undertaking all kinds of admin tasks. Despite all the awareness raised thus far from the hand written petitions and online news articles - no progress has been made. Despite emailing both Hon Minister Cortes on several occasions whilst requesting the data to prove that within Gibraltar’s demographic that unvaccinated individuals pose a higher threat to others. Despite our efforts, The Chief Minister, Minister Cortes, Keri Scott and Dr Helen Carter will not, and cannot provide the proof because there is clearly no proof. Everyone should have the right to make their own personal medical choices without discrimination of any kind. Let’s give the teachers the support they need to be where they belong. Every effort counts, especially in bringing greater awareness on the matter and taking the required action to help change the current status quo for these teachers.
