This carpark has been developed extremely poorly from day one and poses a danger to drivers and pedestrians.

Although it may have been developed in 'accordance with building requirements', it doesn't mean that it functions well or is safe. Not only would re-development make it safer for anyone who shops at the Thrift Park Complex; it would also be of benefit to Woolworths in particular since more shoppers would be inclined to return to the complex to do their shopping. You only to look at the Mordialloc Chelsea Leader to get a feel for how much business they lose due to the carparks poor design and at how many people are disgruntled with its design.

Without change; this carpark will only get worse. More and more people are driving around in larger cars that are already too wide for the spaces and even for the pram parking spaces. Add your voice here by signing up to ask Woolworths to seriously consider addressing its shoppers very valid concerns. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or even killed in this car park and it is our little people - our kids who are at most risk.
