As Original, Exsisting and Past members of F45 studio MANGERE and BEACH HAVEN now both located in Auckland, New Zealand we have seen and noticed things that aren’t OK. Members are all aware of the mistreatment of staff (refer to high number of turnovers) aswell as the lack of care for members. Regardless of previous complaints made directly to the franchise owners nothing has been resolved if anything blame is continuously put on trainers when all members know 100% the issue is management. The franchise owners intend on opening an F45 studio in Takanini and we would like to put a STOP to that. More care for members and staff needs to be put into the two exisiting studios before they should be allowed to opening another studio. F45 is suppose to be a fun and positive community, unfortunately for us this isn’t the case. Staff don’t turn up to shifts, challenges aren’t run professionally or properly like other studios and communication between franchise owners and members is super difficult if not impossible, I can  also add that t&cs on emails/apps don’t all match up either. 9 time out of 10 if staff want to resign a threat to take staff to court will happen. Something needs to be done and done quick. HELP US SAVE OUR GYM by either getting rid of franchise owners or stop them from opening their next studio to focus first on the studios they already have.
