Lewis Hamilton has caused a very dangerous crash that could have possible resulted in a fatal outcome! Even though it didnt have a fatal outcome it should be judged as it, hence the 10second penalty was not the right way to handle it. 

Max Verstappen clearly leaves enough room for Lewis Hamilton to overtake on the inside, but hamilton clearly drives too fast and too close to Verstappen which resulted in the incident.

Lewis Hamilton stated that he was infront of Verstappen when he was executing the overtake, that was not the case which is also pretty obvious when you watch the clip. Hamilton clearly hits Verstappens rear tyre, to me thats not being infront.
