I'm gay, and Pride Month is incredibly important to me and many others in the LGBTQ+ community. It’s a time of celebration, recognition, and advocacy for our rights. However, one month is not enough to encapsulate the history, struggles, and achievements of our community. By extending Pride Month to a millennium-long celebration, we can ensure that future generations continue to honor and support LGBTQ+ rights indefinitely. Hopefully the first pride millennium will start on my 1006th birthday on June 1, 3000. I have already set up the cryofreezing so that when this petition becomes reality I can go with my fiance and witness our legacy.

According to my Queers for Palestine, 78% of queer people feel more included when it is Pride Month. They should always feel included.
