This, however, becomes challenging when park access is constrained by limited hours.
Moreover, extending the operational hours of these private parks supports small businesses – a cornerstone of Wellington’s economy. These parks are small enterprises that exemplify community spirit and service. The Wellington City Council claims to stand by small businesses, advocating for their growth as vital components of our local economy.
