The daily commute from Pace to Molino and further north to Atmore and Century can be a logistical nightmare due to heavily congested routes like I-10 and US 90 through Pensacola to US 29. This is more than just an inconvenience; it contributes to environmental degradation due to increased emissions, diminishes quality of life with extended travel times, and poses consistent safety risks.

That's why I am calling for the extension of Florida State Route 97 from Molino to Pace via the already existing Quintette Road and Chumuckla Highway. This extension has the potential not only to significantly reduce travel time but also to alleviate congestion on the overburdened existing routes.
