As the loving parent of a child diagnosed with Autism and Learning Difficulties, I understand the crucial role of SEN sessions in her wellbeing. My daughter's unique love for bouncing and her sensory seeking interests are her source of joy, yet the reality of the available SEN platforms is causing her more agony than happiness. The dilemma of our kids who have to struggle with noise, large crowds, and the emotional intensity of such gathering places is heart-wrenching.

Currently, SEN sessions are limited to an unspecific duration once a week or once a month, which leads to inaccessibility and unsuitability for the majority of children in need. These are children who have a right to enjoy their life fully and unabated, just like all children. We can no longer afford to neglect these children, and companies must begin to value humanity over pure financial interest.

The call is to companies and establishments to extend the duration of SEN sessions, making them more frequent, appropriate, and accessible.
