On May 1 2016 I was assaulted by NYPD and tossed into the Harlem River because I explained to the officer being recorded to stop hitting the individual they was arresting at the time. Then on November 28 2018 I was set up by NYPD and other Police Agents or agencies.  I was arrested on charges I’ve never committed and before my arrest the Victim told officers I was not the Perp. The officers still went on a Secret Indictment and lied to a judge and jury. In order to obtain an arrest warrant. There’s 2 pending civil cases one is for when I was tossed into the Harlem River after getting assaulted by Police officers, This Civil case is big and everyone is covering it up even my own lawyers. I need the people of the United States to come together and bring justice.
