Over the past year, hundreds of customers placed trust—and money—into Mos X Daily, only to receive:

Spoiled or moldy sea moss
Fake tracking numbers
Unfulfilled orders
Ignored refund requests
Unanswered emails and DMs
False claims about charity donations
 

Now, instead of addressing complaints and making things right, Brent has launched a new brand—Canadian Sea Moss—following the exact same playbook. No public apology. No compensation. No changes to business ethics.


This is a rebrand, not a resolution.

We believe this is:

NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC to investigate Canadian Sea Moss as a rebrand of a previously warned business
Shopify and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) to suspend the store pending review
Media outlets to expose the truth and protect further consumers
Brent Vitiello to issue refunds, acknowledge wrongdoing, and permanently shut down his involvement in the sea moss industry
