Those who profess that it is not their duty to prioritize Americans first should no longer represent us. They have compromised the integrity of their office and betrayed the trust of the people. Our country cannot thrive if its leaders choose to ignore, if not undermine, the very principles that bind us together. This is not a mere partisan issue, but one that concerns the integrity and safety of the United States as a whole. The solution is clear and actionable: Congress and the Senate must expel any member who has publicly denounced their obligation to protect American citizens before addressing the needs of illegal immigrants. These officials have shown where their loyalties lie, and it is not with those who elected them.
