The Issue

I am deeply concerned and personally affected by the actions of certain members of Congress and the Senate who have breached their oath to prioritize the safety and interests of American citizens over those of the individuals in the country illegally. Recently, during a national address, only one Democrat stood when the President asked those willing to prioritize American citizens over illegal immigrants to do so. As a resident of the United States, it is profoundly disturbing to witness elected officials who fail to uphold their duty to protect Americans first. This is not just a matter of policy, but a matter of national security and sovereignty. Some officials have gone so far as to allocate resources and financial aid to foreign nations that openly oppose the United States, potentially endangering our country and neglecting their foundational responsibilities. While the First Amendment safeguards the right to use free speech, it is vital to recognize the distinction between protected protest and actions or rhetoric that actively undermine our country’s principles and security. The First Amendment does not-and should not-shield those whose words and deeds harm our great nation. It is imperative that we hold our elected officials accountable. Those who profess that it is not their duty to prioritize Americans first should no longer represent us. They have compromised the integrity of their office and betrayed the trust of the people. Our country cannot thrive if its leaders choose to ignore, if not undermine, the very principles that bind us together. This is not a mere partisan issue, but one that concerns the integrity and safety of the United States as a whole. The solution is clear and actionable: Congress and the Senate must expel any member who has publicly denounced their obligation to protect American citizens before addressing the needs of illegal immigrants. These officials have shown where their loyalties lie, and it is not with those who elected them. Taking decisive action sends a robust message: breaching the oath to American citizens, compromising their safety, or financially supporting hostile entities will not be tolerated. Let us come together to ensure our leaders uphold their oath, and reaffirm our faith in the sanctity and sovereignty of this nation. Sign this petition to call for an immediate review and expulsion of any member not upholding their sworn duty to the American people first and foremost.
