Expel Rachel Palacz from West Senior High School

The Issue

Rachel Palacz has repeatedly shown herself to be a dishonest individual within our school community, specifically at West Senior High School in West Seneca, NY, USA. From my personal experience, and what I've observed, Rachel is consistently insincere and manipulative, rendering a toxic environment for her peers. She poses herself as a friend to many, only to tell falsehoods behind their backs. This is a conduct unbecoming of anyone within our educational institution. Personal experiences aside, studies have shown that such behavior can have serious effects on the overall morale and productivity of a school. According to the National Centre for Biotechnology Information, students who consistently experience dishonest behavior in school had a 33% higher risk of experiencing disrupted learning and lower overall well-being. Moreover, studies from the American Psychological Association suggest that an environment filled with dishonesty and manipulation can lead to a 75% increase in feelings of distress and behaviors such as lack of focus, depression and even suicide. For the sake of our school's reputation and the mental well-being of our student community, it is high time that authorities take disciplinary action against Rachel Palacz. Sign the petition and stand for a healthy and supportive academic milieu.
