Jacob Cassidy threatened to “shoot up” University at Buffalo. He was overheard saying that he would shoot students “in the foot and knee so they can't get away” and then “in the head,” adding that police would arrive “five minutes too late. The lack of concern University at Buffalo has displayed at this time is outrageous and disgusting. Students were already grappling with his outward hate spewed through his club, Young Americans for Freedom (previously kicked off of campus) as well as racist rhetoric he has spread online surrounding ICE.

University at buffalo‘s top priority should be the well-being and safety of it’s students. To ask students to continue to attend class following his threats (with no updates from the University) and walk the halls knowing he is there is unfair and unjust.
