Why this petition matters

I have been working in USA since 15th April 2005 from India.  I have 3 boys, eldest one is born in India, eldest one has been studying in USA from Kindergarten onwards since 2005, currently studying in Georgia State University.

He was eligible for both HOPE and Zellmiller based on his academics, however he could not get the same as he is not a Green Card holder as it is one of the main requirement to apply for the scholarship.  I had been paying his college fees for the past 2 years.

My Green Card priority date is 06/23/2011. For the past 1 year, my case has been showing the same status as shown:
"As of April 28, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number LIN2190233NNN, have been applied to your case."

I had online chat/phone conversation with USCIS several times, they can only provide the standard status as per online, no one can provide us an ETA of the Green Card.
Many of my colleagues and friend's have received their green card already in the last year though they also filed their application on the same date and some of their priority dates are in 2012 and 2013 (much later than mine).  Not sure what is HOLDING USCIS to process my GC.

My son's 3rd year courses are open for registration and will be closed during 1st week of June 2022.  I would appreciate if my case is expedited, so he could at least receive Scholarship for the 3rd year, which would significantly help from the financial perspective (about $20000 or more).

There could be several Indians who may be on the same case as mine awaiting for their green card.  Many Indians come to USA on legal visa, pay taxes ontime and contribute to US economy by buying car/home and also invest in huge market, many create new startups as well.  USCIS not providing any ETA and holding the application for a long time is a huge financial / mental and emotional loss with lot of un certainty.   Since October 2020, there has been no proper process followed on the issuance of greencard.  Priority Date no longer seem to be any relevant.

I really appreciate if you could help improve USCIS Process to expedite the pending green cards at the earliest possible as this could enhancement many legal immigrants life situations.

THanks

Muthu
