Mata Chand Kaur Ji, wife of Sri Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji, was an iconic figure, respected, and loved by millions of Namdhari Sikhs worldwide. Her brutal murder in 2016 struck a devastating blow to our community.

 It deeply pains us that despite being a high-profile case, the Punjab Police and the CBI have not provided any recent updates on her murder investigation, leaving all of us in a state of sorrow and disappointment.

The absence of justice for such a public figure, assassinated in broad daylight, raises concerns about the efficacy and reliability of our justice system. We are calling for justice not only as followers of the Namdhari Sikh tradition but as concerned citizens distressed by the lack of progress in this significant case.

The continued inaction of the concerned authorities sends a distressing message and undermines the faith in our law enforcement and judiciary system. 

Therefore, we demand expeditious action in Mata Chand Kaur Ji's murder case. We urge the Punjab Police and the CBI to instigate a comprehensive investigation and provide regular updates on their findings to the public.

It is our solemn plea that this case does not become another cold case in our country's overburdened justice system. Sign our petition today to urge the Punjab Police and CBI to expedite the investigation and work towards finding and punishing the culprits behind Mata Chand Kaur Ji's murder.

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਪਤਨੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਚੰਦ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਸਨ। ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਲਈ  ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਯੋਗ ਸਨ। ਸੰਨ  2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ 
ਝਟਕਾ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਹਾਈ-ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਕੇਸ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ  ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹਾਂ। 

ਇੰਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਲਈ ਨਿਆਂ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਣਾ , ਦਿਨ-ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਕਤਲ, ਸਾਡੀ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਅਸੀਂ  ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ  ਪੈਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਜੋ ਨਹੀ , ਸਗੋਂ ਆਮ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ  ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਅਥਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਾਤਾ ਚੰਦ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾ 
ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਦੇਵੇ। ਸਾਡੀ  ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਠੰਡਾ ਕੇਸ ਨਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇ। 

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਤਾ ਚੰਦ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਕਰੋ
