Contacted both Joanne Ryan (labour for Lalor) and Mira (Liberal for Lalor). As expected, no response from Joanne but Mira did reach out with the response attached. 
I have responded back with a screenshot showing the incomplete portion of ison road between Manor lakes and Windermere estates. As per Mira's suggestion, I kindly urge all of you to continue sharing this feedback on social media channels, to wyndham council, to Vicroads etc - let's make our voices heard.
