Subject: Petition Update – 03 October
Dear Supporters,
I wanted to provide an update on our efforts regarding the road safety concerns. Earlier today, I received a generic and unhelpful response from the council, to which I have expressed my dissatisfaction and highlighted the inadequacy of their reply.
I kindly urge all of you to continue reaching out to the council to report this issue. As some of you may have noticed, a temporary speed sign has been installed on Rondo Drive this week. This was the direct result of a local resident persistently contacting the council. This demonstrates that our collective actions can lead to tangible outcomes, so I encourage everyone to remain persistent in pushing for a resolution that benefits the entire community.
Additionally, please continue to share this petition with your family, friends, and networks. The more support we gather, the stronger our case will be.
I have also forwarded a copy of the petition to Peter Maynard, our local councillor, as well as to the Wyndham Weekly editorial team, and I am currently awaiting their response.
Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to this cause.
