Rondo Drive, a key arterial link connecting the Northern and Western parts of Manor Lakes, is being heavily used by drivers seeking to shorten their travel between Manor Lakes Boulevard and Greens Road. As a result, residents are facing the following compelling issues:

•⁠  ⁠Increased Vehicle Volume: Over 1,000 utes and cars commute through Rondo Drive daily, adding to the congestion.
•⁠  ⁠Speeding: Vehicles frequently speed along the road from as early as 5 AM to 7 PM, even on public holidays.

This excessive traffic is severely impacting residents, causing:

•⁠  ⁠Noise Pollution: Constant noise from heavy vehicles is disrupting the daily lives of residents.
•⁠  ⁠Dust and Pollution: Air quality is declining, with dust and emissions from the trucks posing a health risk.
•⁠  ⁠Health Concerns: There is an elevated risk of respiratory issues, particularly asthma in children, due to exposure to vehicle exhaust.
