I, along with my neighbors, reside in a distinguished community known as Flower Hill. Our way of life has been disrupted by the severe condition of Rhino Road. This road was primed for revamp, but the project has not been completed leaving the road in a detrimental condition. The dusty aftermath has created a hazardous driving environment, posed health threats to our cattle, and tarnished the utility of our outdoor spaces. The dazzling transformation of Highline Road serves as evidence that better road conditions are attainable in our community. 

Although protecting the restored Rhino Road from sizable trucks is a challenge, we firmly believe that a resolution balancing the need for road usage by all types of vehicles and maintaining the road's integrity is achievable. The adverse effects of Rhino Road are becoming unbearable for the residents of Flower Hill who deserve to live in a community that is supportive of their lifestyle, not detrimental to it. Hence, we call on the relevant authorities to prioritize and expedite the repair of Rhino Road—for the sake of both our community's physical safety and overall well-being.
