Kennesaw State University's Master of Arts in Professional Writing program prides itself on being a learner-centered, inclusive, and supportive option for its graduate students. However, the program currently maintains a highly limited schedule with most courses only available in the evenings from 6:30pm-9:15pm. This petition aims to highlight the need for earlier course options in the name of both flexibility and an understanding of diverse student needs.

While evening courses are a great option for some graduate students, KSU must consider the demands of long-distance commuters, of full-time students, of parents, etc. Providing additional options for earlier class times would enhance program accessibility.
