David was previously sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 8-10 years for an armed robbery, and did his time before being released early without any issue, or so we thought.

 

After spending a long time spreading positivity and bringing awareness to the mental health issues in the streets, 'DatFoolCripCurry' drew a huge following for being a positive influence throughout any community he visited in his travels.

 

Much later, David was informed that he still owed another 8-10 years despite his release, which could only mean an error in the paperwork was overlooked. 

 

He appealed the conviction in 2019 and was rejected, but after already serving so much time & using his freedom to spread love, we think it's cruel to deem his freedom an accident, (especially after him proving he could be a force for good). 

 

We're hoping that with enough signatures, we'll have the leverage to have his case tended to with more consideration via the family forwarding said show of support to the people in question who decide David's fate. 

 

There are many people who are cruel opportunists, true criminals who have no redeemable qualities... but we genuinely believe 'DatFoolCripCurry' is not one of these individuals. 

 

He has shown so much support for various independent artists around the globe, even going as far as showing the world the truth about his depression so other men could learn to be more open about their thoughts and feelings. 

 

We need people like him to keep spreading the energy that seems to pull young men and women from criminality and into a healthier balance of the rugged and the loving side we all have.
