Este acto de crueldad no solo es desgarrador, sino que también viola flagrantemente la Animal Welfare Act de 2019 (Ley de Bienestar Animal) de ese país, la cual prohíbe explícitamente el maltrato hacia los animales domésticos y callejeros.Contamos con evidencia contundente en fotografías y videos que demuestran el maltrato hacia estos tres perritos. Estas pruebas están listas para ser entregadas formalmente a las autoridades competentes para que se inicie la investigación penal correspondiente.Los animales no tienen voz para defenderse, pero nosotros sí.
