Reject the Planning Application for Housing Development near Stoke Hill

Reject the Planning Application for Housing Development near Stoke Hill
The Issue
An outline planning application has been submitted for the development of up to 150 residential dwellings, a community hub, access, and associated infrastructure on the land to the north of Stoke Hill in Exeter, Devon.
I have lived near the proposed site for the entirety of my life. The lack of awareness made for this application, the contravention of the city’s LS1 policy as well as the detrimental effects which this development may undoubtedly have on the local community and environment make it clear that this application should be rejected. It could ultimately have a detrimental effect on the nearby country park, which is a natural habitat for wildlife and is used extensively by residents and tourists.
I am calling for a rejection of this planning application and I implore Exeter City Council, Devon County Council, Matthew Diamond (Planning Officer), and Ben Bradshaw (Exeter MP) to voice our community's objections to this application.
