The 20 former Labour Shadow Cabinet members who either resigned or were sacked should themselves resign from the Labour Party. They no longer represent the views of the vast majority of party members and therefore have no mandate to challenge the leadership. Jeremy Corbyn was elected Leader of the Labour Party with an overwhelming majority of 59.5%.
