Dear Evony, LLC Developers and Publishers, 

From time to time, due to user error or system glitches, members become locked out of their Evony account/game.  The only solutions available to regain access are to contact Evony Customer Support and/or Facebook, Google Play, or Apple.  This solution typically takes days or weeks for a response often drawn out over weeks and in some cases months. This is especially frustrating for your customers whom spend an exorbitant amount of time utilizing your platform, but also invest hundreds or thousands of dollars within your corporation. Causing your customers, excess frustration and additional payroll costs for your staff that are hired to address these types of matters. 

Your Customers, around the Globe, hereby make the following request; 

Develop the ability to log in to our Evony accounts utilizing our email addresses and chosen passwords. 

Allowing us this capability will not only give us the abilities to reset our own passwords in the event of log in failure but also eliminate frustration and the potential loss of customers and revenues.

We would also like to thank you for not only giving us this gaming experience but for also allowing us to connect and develop friendships and unity with people around the world.
