A disproportionate number of minorities are stopped and questioned without probable cause for no other reason than apparently the color of their skin. This should be vigorously investigated when it happens and should be not tolerated as a rule of law. These wonderful people gained a distrust for the men and women of law enforcement as a result and understandably so. As for the men and women of law enforcement, they should be investigated when they detain people without probable cause or for sketchy evidentiary reason.
