Fellow golfers need to unite and force Michael Phillips to sign up for a USGA Handicap so that our 2021 golf trip is fair. I have personally witnessed Mr. Phillips birdie 3 holes in a row while saying he is a 10-12 handicap. This greatly impacted me monetarily and the change needs to happen now!
